Registration

Registration fees are to be paid in Euro.

1. By credit card: Visa or Eurocard/Mastercard.

2. By bank transfer: please observe the relevant registration deadlines. Registration fees depend on the date the payment is received in our account and will be adjusted accordingly if the payment is not received by the relevant deadline. Any bank charges incurred are to be paid by the participant.

No cheques will be accepted.

Member tickets are only available if ESR membership 2026 was settled by August 31, 2026. The age limit for the registration as young trainee is set at 35 years (incl. the age of 35).

A proof document, signed by the Head of Department/Hospital or the relevant professional representative body and issued on official hospital or institutional letterhead, must be uploaded to the UserArea (MyProfile) or sent to [email protected] within five days of online registration to confirm the applicant’s professional status.

If the required confirmation is not received within this timeframe, the registration fee will be automatically adjusted to the applicable regular fee.

The age limit for the registration as young trainee is set at 35 years (incl. the age of 35).

Please note that the hospital manager ticket will not allow you to gain CME credits. A proof document, signed by the Head of Department/Hospital or the relevant professional representative body and issued on official hospital or institutional letterhead, must be uploaded to the UserArea (MyProfile) or sent to [email protected] within five days of online registration to confirm the applicant’s professional status.

If the required confirmation is not received within this timeframe, the registration fee will be automatically adjusted to the applicable regular fee.

Undergraduate students without academic title under the age of 30 can register for reduced fees. A scan of your student-ID and passport is required – please send your proofs to [email protected]. Please note that the student registration will not allow you to gain CME credits.

A reduced registration fee is available for all presenting authors of accepted oral and poster abstracts who are ESR members in good standing by August 31, 2026. The presenting authors of accepted abstracts without ESR 2026 membership (or membership settled after the deadline) can still register for ECR 2027 for the Opening Fee/Early Fee.

Important information:

• The Presenter Member ticket will be available after the decision notification email is sent in December 2026.
• This offer will only be available if registration is finalised by December 16, 2026, and only applies to the presenting author (not first or any other authors). If the presenting author cannot register for the congress, they have the option to make an attending co-author or colleague the presenting author so that this person can present their work at the congress.

Each abstract receives one reduced registration ticket for the presenting author. Once the reduced registration payment is completed, the ticket is non-transferable. If the presenter change occurs before the reduced registration payment is completed, the reduced registration fee benefit is transferred to the new presenting author. Please note that the ESR will not refund any previously paid registration fees, including in cases of special offers, subsequent ticket changes or membership-related changes.

Please make sure to use the account with the same Personal ID for registration that was used to submit the abstract(s).
