Advances in Ultrasound Hands-on Workshops
Aim and format:
The ECR 2026 Ultrasound Workshop Programme offers a diverse range of hands-on sessions designed to enhance both technical skills and clinical knowledge across key areas of ultrasound practice. Topics include the latest AI applications, advanced techniques for assessing chronic liver disease, practical guidance on ultrasound-guided biopsy and fine needle aspiration (FNA) for both general and head and neck interventions, as well as practical head and neck ultrasound.
The workshops follow an interactive format that combines concise lectures, expert demonstrations, and guided hands-on scanning. Participants will have the opportunity to work on live models and phantoms, using ultrasound machines provided by various vendors, and will receive close support from experienced instructors throughout the sessions.
