How do I sign up?

To sign up for the Hands-on workshops, you must have completed your ECR registration by purchasing your ticket for ECR 2026. The workshops are exclusively offered to onsite attendees, and will not be broadcast live, nor will they be available on-demand. For more information on ECR registration, click here.

  1. The sign-up system opens January 28 (14:00) CET
  2. To sign up, access your ESR account and navigate to MyUserArea >Hands-on Workshops
  3. Once you successfully sign up for the desired workshop sessions, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the next steps.
  4. If the workshop session is full, you can sign up for the waitlist. If seats become available, you may be contacted.
  5. During the congress, the waitlist is considered invalid, and available seats will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis in the last 10 minutes before each session starts.
